Melissa Kluck Photography policies

• A non-refundable/transferrable retainer is required to book your session. The time/date is not reserved until it's paid! In case of postponements due to weather, your retainer will be available to use on a future session but must be used within one year.
• There is a cancellation fee for any last-minute cancellations of $20 (last minute means the day of your session at any point)
• If you have canceled/rescheduled sessions more than once, any future sessions will need to be paid up front! (If this continues after, the second time I will consider dropping you as a client.
• no call/ no shows are required to pay in full of any future sessions.
• Any cancellations for mini marathons I host cannot be rescheduled.
• Cropping, editing. or adding filters to any images I produce is prohibited!!! If you're needing a certain edit, please let me know beforehand.
• I DONOT do refunds! If you're unhappy with your session I will gladly work with you to fix the issues.
• IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO LOOK OVER MY WORK AND MAKE AN EDUCATED DECISION ON IF MY EDITING IS THE RIGHT FIT.
• My turn around time on all galleries are up to 3 - 4 weeks. Wedding turnaround times are 8 - 12 weeks!
• There is a contract that you must read thoroughly and sign upon booking your session.
• I only keep galleries on my website for 6 months. If by chance you do not get your gallery saved to a safe location. there is a $20 fee to add your gallery back to my website. At that point you have 48 hours to download them before its deleted for good.
• I also can provide a flash drive for $35 if you feel that's best for you.
